Kripalu Mahila Mahavidyalaya is run by Jagadguru Kripalu Higher Education Society (JKHES). This Society is registered under Society Registration Act 1860 vide Registration No. 243/1995-06. It is also registered under Section 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Registration No. F.No.58-59/15/CIT/Fzd./Tech./2008-2009 dated 08-05-2008. The society is also exempt under section 80G(5)(vi) of The Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Registration No.58-59/54/CIT/Fzd./Tech./2010-11/2076 dated 03.08.2011 valid from 01.04.2011 onwards.

Kripalu Balika Primary School and Kripalu Balika Intermediate College are both run by Jagadguru Kripalu Education Society (JKES). This Society is registered under Society Registration Act 1860 vide Registration No. 7438/1978-79. It is also registered under Section 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Registration No. F.No.58-59/14/CIT/Fzd./Tech./2008-2009 dated 08-05-2008.
